Suits: LA has been confirmed after months of rumours around the spin-off and fans are eager to know if the Duchess of Sussex is going to make an appearance.
NBC has given a pilot order to Suits: LA which will be made by the creator and writer of the original legal drama Aaron Korsh.
According to Deadline, production on the upcoming series will begin in late March in Vancouver so viewers may be able to watch the Los Angeles-set show in the latter half of 2024.
Talk of bringing back Suits in some form has been brewing since the renewed interest in the drama, thanks to Netflix last year, making it “the most watched streaming original in the US”.
With new episodes from the world of Suits on the horizon, fans want to know if this means original star Meghan Markle will be making a comeback.

Adams did briefly return for three episodes of Suits after his exit and has shown interest in reprising his role of Mike Ross so perhaps there will be scope for him to do so in the future.
Suits: LA has also just been given the green light for a pilot but there could be more interest from the likes of Gabriel Macht and Gina Torres to get involved if it lands a series order.
It seems very unlikely Markle will return to the Suits universe though, not only because of her marriage to Prince Harry but because of their multi-million dollar deal with Netflix.
The royal couple signed a five-year agreement with the streamer in 2020 worth around $100 million to develop new content under their company Archewell Productions.
Netflix’s chief content officer Bela Bajaria shared with The Times that they are currently working on “a couple of unscripted things”, believed to be documentaries, with a film and a series also in “very early development”.
Specific details have yet to be announced but the movie could be in relation to Harry and Meghan’s planned £3 million adaptation of the best-selling novel Meet Me At The Lake by author Carley Fortune.
So far, the cast of Suits: LA hasn’t been announced but a general description for the drama has been released, giving fans a general vibe of what’s to come.
It reads: “Suits: LA is centered on Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor from New York, who has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles.
“His firm is at a crisis point, and to survive he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career.
“Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both him and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives.
“All of this is going on while events from years ago slowly unravel, leading Ted to leave behind everything and everyone he loved.”
Suits is available to watch on Netflix.
