Shocking drone pictures show the shocking scale of a landowner’s dump which has left taxpayers forking out a bill of more than £40,000.
Maidstone Council in Kent has spent 10 years fighting against Langley Beck’s 14-acre plot. The plot is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but was left littered with broken vehicles and rubbish.
First coming to the attention of enforcers in 2014, they have been fighting ever since to rid the local area of the huge tip.
