Sarah Ferguson hints to Lorraine she wants Prince Harry and Meghan reunion at Christmas

The Duchess of York has hinted that she would like to see the Royal Family have a Christmas reconciliation with Prince Harry and Meghan. Sarah Ferguson appeared on ITV’s Lorraine today and spoke about how she would like to see love and forgiveness in all families this Christmas.

Presenter Lorraine asked if we’ll ever see the Royal Family come together again saying that “Christmas is a time to bring people together”.

Sarah said: “I couldn’t agree more. If we watch enough of these Christmas movies and sing enough of these Christmas songs…Can we just all have love, forgiveness and happiness and joy?”

She added: “I feel strongly the greatest gift you can give today is understanding, no judgement, no race, creed, colour or any other domination, just love.

“There’s no better gift than love. People say to me, you don’t wear your heart on your sleeve, Fergie or Sarah, you wear it all over your body because that’s what I am. I really believe you can give love.”

Sarah, who is currently recovering from breast cancer, also gave an update on her health.

She said: “I’m doing well… I’m all about positivity and I feel the potential of optimism is what I would love for everyone to come away from this show with.”

Meanwhile The Prince and Princess of Wales will be joined by other members of the Royal Family to attend the Together at Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey on Friday evening.

The event is spearheaded by Kate and will see a number of musical performances from a range of famous faces.

It comes after the Royal Family were hit by new scandalous claims in journalist Omid Scobie’s book Endgame.

The book made fresh attacks on the Firm and the Dutch edition saw two senior royals named as the people behind the discussions about Prince Archie’s skin colour – which Meghan Markle and Prince Harry first brought to light in their 2021 Oprah interview.

It was quickly pulled from the shelves but Piers Morgan decided to announce the names live on air, prompting other news outlets to follow suit.

The Daily Express has chosen not to name the individuals.
