Royal row breaks out as fans convinced Prince William is a better pilot than Prince Harry

Since Harry’s latest award, fans took to social media to express their frustration.

On a post showing a video of Prince William taking part in a waterbirding demonstration in Canada back in 2011, where he landed a Sea King helicopter on water for the first time, one user wrote: “It is very difficult to land a SeaKing on water. Even in calm water and when it been designed to do so. The one William landed had been designed to but not many try it. It does take great skill and to take off again. But William past out in record time he got his Wing in four months.”

Another one said: “William is just amazing [hearteyes emoji] and I loved how Catherine had her camera ready to take photos of her husband doing the ‘waterbirding’ even though the worlds press was there doing the same thing. It’ll be her photos in the album”.

A third one commented: “Man, Catherine is one lucky lady. It’s so hot when you have a capable man. [love eyes emoji]” while a fourth one said: “That was really impressive! It would have been fun to be in the crowd that day.”

But there were several others who disapproved of dismissing Harry’s contribution to the military and slammed claims that there was no footage of Harry flying a helicopter.

One fan wrote on the same platform: “Maybe because one was military action in sensitive war zones which would make a terrorist target so had to remain confidential and wouldn’t be recorded.”

A second one commented: “Lies! There’s footage. Why would you make s*** up? Why be nasty? You get a kick out of it? Scary”, while a third one said: “Wow you do know Harry was in war zone, I think taking videos of him were art the bottom of the list”.

A fourth one wrote: “Harry did two tours in Afghanistan. He didn’t have a press team with him.”
