The Princess of Wales’s staff were “in tears” after learning of her shock cancer diagnosis, a source has said told Express.co.uk.
The source added that “members of the Royal Household have been deeply affected by the news”.
Princess Kate has revealed that she has been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer in a emotional video.
The 42-year-old’s diagnosis comes just three months after she underwent abdominal surgery back in January.
According to Princess Kate, “tests after the operation found cancer had been present”.
