Princess Kate’s red jumper leaves fans speechless as they can’t believe how much it costs

Princess Kate’s festive red jumper has left fans speechless after they found out the cost of the apparel. The Princess of Wales wore a beautiful red jumper during a special set for her Together at Christmas carol service.

Joining a surprise festive tea party to pay tribute to those mentoring children, the 41-year-old Princess adorned herself in a red £1,350 Miu Miu cardigan. For this occasion, the mother-of-three complemented her look with coordinating red trousers and Cassandra Goad pearl earrings.

Her chestnut tresses were elegantly styled in her signature loose waves. The Princess of Wales’s opulent cashmere-jacquard cardigan showcases a diamond pattern embellished with white and black roses, accentuated by a detachable cotton collar.

Social media fans were left astonished after discovering her red jumper’s price. One person said: “A sweater for £1350?!!” A second added: “She looks great but this sweater is too expensive. Stop making rich people richer. This causes starvation.”

However, this isn’t the first time she has worn the red sweater.

The Princess of Wales debuted the cardigan in 2021 while helping decorate Westminster Abbey ahead of her Together at Christmas carol service. She skillfully paired the design with Roland Mouret’s black wide-leg trousers and adorned herself with Kiki McDonough heart-shaped earrings.

In a matter of days following the release of the recording, the item completely sold out in every size on both the Miu Miu website and popular platforms like Net-A-Porter and Farfetch. The royal has been a devoted enthusiast of the Italian brand for quite some time, not only owning the cardigan but also possessing a tartan coat and a red bow clutch, both of which she has prominently featured in her wardrobe since 2016.
