Appearing on the latest episode of Palace Confidential, Ms English said: “Some aspects of it are really very disturbing. He effectively said that he believed there were people who actively wished him harm and he felt those people would see what happened as “a win”.
She continued: “Where Harry goes from here, I don’t know. He has obviously had a monumental hissy fit on television afterwards, to put it mildly.” In response to Ms English, host Jo Elvin added, “In the interview, Harry just seemed beyond furious.”
Also speaking on the latest episode, The Mail’s Diary Editor, Richard Eden, added, “He really did. I am going to have to be careful with how I phrase this but I thought he didn’t look well in his expression, his demeanour.
“Often if you are angry about something, people say you should sleep on it but this seemed to be something, and I think the BBC would confirm, that it was done in a hurry.”
In support of the Duke, BBC interviewer Nada Tawfik revealed exactly how Harry came across behind-the-scenes.
In a recent article for the BBC, Nada wrote: “I found Prince Harry to be down-to-earth, softly spoken and easy to talk to. He didn’t arrive with an entourage and politely introduced himself to us, shaking each of our hands.
“I was surprised that he knew I had flown in from New York to do the interview.”
