Prince Harry's claims that he 'misses UK' rubbished as Meghan Markle branded 'spoilt'

Prince Harry’s claims that he misses the UK have been slammed by a royal expert who claimed the Duke and Meghan Markle have an “agenda” against the Royal Family.

The Duke of Sussex previously said in his Netflix docuseries that “I miss the UK, I miss my friends,” but royal expert Michael Cole is not so sure.

Mr Cole pointed to repeated attacks against the Royal Family by the Sussexes and slammed the pair as “spoilt”.

He said: “They are spoilt, they have an agenda. That agenda is very unhelpful and hurtful to his family.”

Speaking to GB News, the royal commentator said: “He said he misses Britain and misses the British way of life, well it is a strange way of showing it.”

Prince Harry said in the couple’s 2022 Netflix docuseries that he missed life in the UK. The show detailed the Duke and Meghan’s relationship, marriage and eventual split from the Royal Family.

At the time, he said: “I miss the weird family gatherings when we are all sort of brought together under one roof for certain times of the year.”

The Prince added: “So I miss the UK, I miss my friends.”

Since those comments, Prince Harry released his tell-all memoir Spare which took square aim at several senior members of the Firm.

Meghan and Harry did not attend Christmas celebrations at Sandringham with the rest of the Royal Family in 2023 and haven’t attended since 2018.

The couple split with the Firm in 2020 and moved to Montecito, California where they have pursued a number of media ventures as well as their charity work.
