A royal expert has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a brutal six-word swipe. American-based Royal Family commentator has issued the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a warning over their recent red carpet appearacnes.
The day after Prince Harry was caught out after posing for a photo with notorious Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe, royal expert Kinsey Schofield joined TalkTV’s Mike Graham to talk about how the couple’s star has fallen over the last few years in particular.
Mr Graham’s verdict was the pair became “irrelevant.”
He said: “Look at where they’ve ended up- Harry ends up going along to a ridiculous ceremony and being given an award for being an aviation legend. Nobody can quite understand why. Then he ends up getting photographed with this kind of dodgy, German Prince. This has arguably made Harry look even more ridiculous than he already did.”
Nodding in agreement, Ms Schofield replied: with a brutal six-word swipe, saying: “You are who you associate with.”
She added: “So if you are having pictures taken with fake royals, when you step down you might look like a fake royal.”
The pair went on to talk about Harry and Meghan’s work ethic, noting that they dedicated just one hour per week to their own charity last year.
Archewell lost over £8million in donations last year alone amid claims the couple “attach themselves to other charities” that are already working.
Even the couple’s podcast, podcast deal was axed because the content became too “self-indulgent” and didn’t give the audience what they wanted.
Harry and Meghan only made 12 podcast episodes during a two and a half year period, despite an $18 million podcast deal with Spotify.
It’s not the first time the word ‘irrelevant’ has been used to refer to Harry. Last year leading constitutional expert Professor Bob Morris told the Express that ‘spares were irrelevant’.
He added: “It is the King or Queen alone, who is crucial – the heir, not the spare. This applies today with Prince William and Harry who are heir and spare.”
