Snapping back, Bleusalt’s social media team replied: “Meghan actually buys it.
“She doesn’t have a stylist just FYI [for your information].”
It sparked a huge reaction on X, formerly Twitter, with people defending the former senior royal’s fashion choices, including one who wrote: “Don’t forget the most important part – she pays for it herself.”
Meanwhile another added: “You know she’s a woman with great taste if she can curate her own clothes without anyone’s help. What else can you expect from The Tig creator?”
A third added: “Oh nice. It’s also been reported that she doesn’t travel with a hairdresser to the Invictus Games and does her own hair.”
Concluding, a fourth posted: “She doesn’t need a stylist. She looks fantastic.”
During their stop in British Columbia last week, Prince Harry spoke to a prestigious gathering of around 200 people, including athletes set for the games next year.
Alongside Meghan, Harry described how being part of Invictus was “not necessarily about winning a medal, but about the bonds that are built between nations; about the shared journey of recovery that competitors and their families are a part of.”
He added: “Tonight, we take one big step on that journey and in less than 365 days, we welcome the world to join us once again for another epic week.”
The games were founded by Harry, and see wounded, injured or sick service personnel and veterans compete in a series of different disciplines.
They were originally started in 2014, and according to its website “provide a platform for us to showcase your abilities, to inspire the world, and honour the sacrifices of those we have lost”.
