Meghan Markle has been warned against the one move that will “tank” the Duchess of Sussex’s reputation.
Following the release of Prince Harry’s memoir Spare last January – which levelled a series of accusations against the Royal Family – there has been intense speculation of a second book.
The Duke told The Telegraph that he had the material to write another book and that he withheld some details that King Charles and Prince William would never forgive him for if they were released.
However, many royal watchers – including Lady Colin Campbell – believe Meghan Markle could actually be the one looking to pen her memoir next.
She said: “The fact of the matter is, I have been told that Meghan is the one who is going to be writing a book…the book isn’t going to be written by Harry, it’s going to be written by Meghan.”

Speaking after the release of Spare last year, he said: “It was 800 pages, and now it’s down to 400 pages. It could have been two books, put it that way, and the hard bit was taking things out.
“There are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know. Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me.”
While it’s unknown what the couple’s plans are for 2024, Meghan told a reporter at a red carpet event in November that she and Harry were working on “exciting new projects”.
