Meghan Markle has opened up about her battles with sexism in a SXSW with fellow Hollywood celebrities.

She discussed a sexist washing up liquid advert she saw on TV when she was a child, leading her to write a letter to P&G.

The advert suggested that the product was only for women, as they “belong in the kitchen”.
