Manhunt launched after killer skips out on jail as police issue 'do not approach' warning


Police in Wales have launched a manhunt for a convicted killer who skipped out on jail. Shaun Walker, 29, is on the loose after breaching his licence conditions and is wanted back in jail.

Walker, from Newport, South Wales, was jailed for headbutting a man in a row over a moped and was convicted of manslaughter.
