A 33-year-old woman arrested for drug possession died at a Brooklyn courthouse Sunday after repeatedly suffering withdrawal symptoms that sent her back-and-forth from the hospital, the NYPD and law enforcement sources said.

Zamiqua Miller – who had three active arrest warrants – was arrested late Friday for alleged possession of heroin, crack cocaine and a crack pipe, according to police sources.

Between Saturday morning and evening, Miller was transported twice to local hospitals for withdrawal symptoms, and each time returned to Brooklyn Central Booking on Schermerhorn Street near Smith Street upon release, the sources said.

A 33-year-old woman, Zamiqua Miller, died at a Brooklyn courthouse Sunday after a drug bust.

Miller was awaiting arraignment early Sunday when she began suffering a medical episode, according to authorities and sources.

EMS responded to the scene, but Miller could not be saved – she was pronounced dead around 7:20 a.m., cops said.

Miller had 23 previous arrests on her record for charges including drug possession, robbery, petit larceny, burglary and bail jumping, authorities said.

Miller marked at least the fourth person to die on city watch so far this year, including detainees in both NYPD and Department of Correction custody.

Back on March 22, Vincent Thoms – who was in custody for petit larceny from a Harlem CVS store – died in police custody after suffering a medical episode in Manhattan Central Booking, authorities and sources said.

Barry Cozart, 39 – who was held on Rikers Island on burglary and larceny charges – died in custody after Correction officers found him in need of medical aid on March 25, officials said.

Staff at the facility attempted to save the man using CPR, but he was soon pronounced dead, according to authorities.

Accused drug-ring leader John Price, 49, was being held at notorious lock-up three days later when he complained to guards that he needed medical attention, officials said.
