The wait is over – the Wireless Festival 2025 line-up has finally been unveiled. The initial batch of tickets for the event at London’s Finsbury Park were sold in record time after being listed for sale back in February, leaving fans on tenterhooks for the complete list of acts.
Fans have long known that Drake would be topping the bill over all three days this weekend (July 11-13), with Boy Better Know, Burna Boy, Vybz Kartel, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Summer Walker among those previously confirmed as support acts. However, the full line-up remained a mystery until earlier this week. In an announcement on X, organisers teased: “London. We’re taking over. Line up dropping Monday 7th July.”
But come Monday morning (July 7) – just four days before the festival was due to begin – attendees were still in the dark about the complete weekend line-up.
Finally, on Monday evening, the suspense was broken as the remaining acts set to hit the stage this weekend were disclosed. An additional 20 names have been added to the official programme.
Newly announced performers include Leon Thomas, KWN, Odeal, Roy Woods, Sailorr, TBA, Nippa, and Kamilla Rose lighting up Friday’s festivities.
Saturday’s line-up will feature BigXThaPlug, Lancey Foux, Nemzzz, Fimiguerrero, Sahbabii, Len, Chy Cartier, YT and Kenny Allstar taking the stage.
Sunday attendees will be treated to performances by Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Spice, Masicka, Uncle Waffles, Darkoo, Odumodublvck, Skeete and Izzy Bossy, with Drake headlining all three days.
But despite the buzz, fans are confused as to why it took so long to share the full bill.
One said: “The same week of the festival? ! The tickets came out in February you’re having a f***ing laugh. You’re just doing this so people aren’t able to refund their tickets.”
“About time,” another chimed in. “Releasing the line up 4 days before the festival is awful work do better.” “My patience is being tested,” remarked another ticket-holder.
On TikTok, a user commented: “Four days before is diabolical. “It better be a good lineup for how long we’ve waited,” another demanded.
The line-up itself has elicited a variety of responses. One person lamented: “20 year anniversary and this is it?” adding: “Wireless are you joking.”
Another, named Lee, shared: “So the Wireless line up just dropped. I’m just grateful to see Drake. Friday is the most secure day you can get…the RnB side is going to go crazy, so fair enough.”
In response to his post, one asked: “Anyone want to swap Saturday with Friday?” Another stated: “Saturday is the best day and it’s still disappointing. “This ain’t giving 20th anniversary by the way,” an Instagram user pointed out.
Some festival-goers are thrilled, with one person exclaiming: “Best line up I’ve ever seen to be honest,” while another added: “Sunday about to be a vibe.”
Attendees also noted that one artist is still marked as ‘TBA’ (to be announced), leading to speculation about who the mystery performer could be.
For the first time in the festival’s history, one artist will take the headline spot on all three days. The ‘Hotline Bling’ crooner Drake has already landed in London, sharing with his followers on Instagram that “the boy’s home.”
