Vladimir Putin praised Elon Musk as a “smart man” and made claims the CEO of Tesla had a chip implanted in the human brain, likely referring to his Neuralink technology.
He said: “I think there’s no stopping Elon Musk. He will do as he sees fit.”
When asked by Carlson about the possibility of creating an artificial intelligence empire, Putin responded by saying: “Mankind is currently facing many threats due to the genetic researchers, it is now possible to create this superhuman. A specialized human being. A genetically engineered athlete, scientist, military man.”
