Vladimir Putin breaks silence with bizarre reaction to Joe Biden's 'crazy SOB' remark

“We understand what is going on there in terms of politics, and that reaction is absolutely accurate. This means that I was right.”

With an ironic smile, Putin reiterated his desire for Biden to take the White House once again over Trump, saying, “You asked me which is better for us. I said it then that, and I still think I can repeat it: Biden.”

Biden seemingly impressed Putin by calling him a “crazy SOB,” as the Russian president continued to praise his reaction. He said: “He can’t tell me, ‘Volodya, well done, thanks, you helped me a lot.’ … This reaction is absolutely adequate.”

The Kremlin took a different approach than Putin, however. Anatoly Antonov, Russia’s ambassador to Washington, expressed his disgust at the “crazy SOB” remark.

He claimed he sent the US State Department “a strong note of protest about the outrageous nature and unacceptability” of the president’s comments.

This is not the first time Putin has teased Biden in his response to comments made about him. In 2021, Biden called the Russian president a killer, to which he responded: “It takes one to know one.”
