The Met Office has warned that thunder, lightning and heavy rain will hit the south of the UK today and tomorrow (May 2). Yellow weather warnings for thunderstorms have been issued from 8pm today until 8am tomorrow.
Heavy rain is expected, with a chance of thunderstorms and the forecaster has warned for travel disruption and flooding.
