Ex-Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill was in court Thursday facing down a towering OnlyFans model, who is accusing him of shattering her leg during a meetup — with her lawyers claiming he aggressively shoved her during a football lesson because he felt humiliated.
The 5-foot-10, 191-lb. standout wide receiver is being sued by 6-foot-1, 250-lb. Sophie Hall, whose lawsuit claimed he broke her leg with a “crushing force” as the pair practiced football in the backyard of his Southwest Ranches, Fla. home on June 28, 2023.
Part of the evidence against Hall’s claim is her admission in a deposition gave the NFL veteran a piggyback ride into his bedroom during a days-long sex romp after her leg fracture.
Hill admitted he wanted to sleep with the OF star because he has a fetish for tall women.
Hall’s lawyer, Jonathan Gdanski, told jurors during opening statements in a Broward County courtroom in Fort Lauderdale Thursday afternoon that the case “is about an aggressive act,” Local10 reported.
Hall, 36 — who touts her towering stature on her OnlyFans account — claimed the incident unfolded after she “humiliated” Hill in front of friends and family by knocking the smaller NFL star backwards during the football lesson, according to her 2024 suit.
“What happened was Sophie Hall, this woman, moved him back,” Gdanski said. “They giggled, they laughed.”
The fracture left her “in excruciating pain,” the lawyer told the jurors, who were selected Wednesday, the outlet reported.
Hill — now a free agent battling a knee injury after four seasons with the Dolphins — “became enraged and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg,” the lawsuit claimed.
Hall — who has 2.3 million followers on Instagram — alleged the incident forced her to undergo reconstructive surgery and required weekly physical therapy.
She is suing for over $50,000 under claims of battery, assault and negligence.
The jury was shown photos of her X-rays during openings statements.
Days after Hill was slapped with the civil case, his lawyers fired back claiming Hall broke her leg after tripping over a dog.
Hill’s lawyer, Rob Horwitz, in his opening statements said that as Hill was going “around, [Hall] steps on the dog and goes down on her knee.”
The attorney said she volunteered to participate in the drill and should have known the risks of it.
Hall took the witness stand after the lawyers wrapped and is expected to continue her testimony Friday.
At a deposition by Hall’s lawyers in December 2024, Hill said he wanted to sleep with Hall “because she’s tall … as a fetish maybe,” according to a report by the Daily Mail.
In her own October 2024 deposition, Hall admitted that she had sex with Hill after her leg was broken and didn’t seek treatment until a few days later after a multi-day romp with him.
She said he gave her a piggyback ride to his bedroom sometime after the incident and the pair slept together again the next day. Hall said she stayed with him for several more days.
“I wanted comfort, I felt very vulnerable in that moment. I was injured,” Hall had also explained about sleeping in Hill’s bed.
The pair met after Hall enrolled her son in Hill’s football camp and the duo spoke daily after that until her injury.
Hall also seemed to back off of the claim that Hill intentionally hurt her during the 2024 questioning.
“That’s not the words I used. I said I got injured while playing,” she said at the time. “I just said that I was trying to guard him and that’s how I got hurt.”
Hill has faced a slew of legal problems, including domestic abuse allegations by his estranged wife, with whom he was married for 17 months and questions about whether he was the father of two children in a pair of paternity lawsuits from other online models.
