Chelsea are moving forward with deals for Jorrel Hato and Xavi Simons.
Fabrizio Romano claims that talks with Ajax for Hato are in their ‘final stages’. The teenager has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea and an agreement with the Dutch club – expected to be around £35million – is edging closer.
The Blues are also in prime position to land Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.
An ‘opening bid’ is being prepared, according to talkSPORT. And like the Hato deal, things could progress quickly once consensus is found over a fee.
It is understood that Leipzig could sell for a figure in the region of £60m.
