The beautiful little seaside town that 'feels like Cornwall' despite being 500 miles away


Brits desperate for a break to the beach but unwilling to make the journey all the way to Cornwall can find just what they were looking for in an idyllic seaside town the other side of the country.

An old shipbuilding town, Berwick-upon-Tweed offers fantastic history and access to the stretches of sand that make up Northumberland’s coastline. Surrounded by mile-long Elizabethan walls, the town can provide a brilliant Victorian-style seaside experience.
