The alleged Cybertruck bomber has been named as US Army veteran Matthew Livelsberger while authorities investigate a “possible military connection” to the New Orleans terror attack that killed at least 15 people.

Livelsberger, 37, reportedly served at the same base as New Orleans terror suspect Shamsud Din Jabbar, who killed 15 people and injured dozens more in a rampage in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

Separately, fireworks mortars and camp fuel canisters were found stuffed into the back of the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside President-elect Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel early Wednesday, killing a Livelsberger inside the vehicle and sparking an intense investigation into possible terrorism.
