Tennessee soccer coach charged after videos on his phone show boys being raped, police say

A Tennessee soccer coach left his phone behind at a restaurant when workers, who were trying to contact the owner of the device, looked through his phone and found “dozens of unconscionable videos and pictures of children,” authorities said.

After looking through the phone, the Franklin Police Department found “hundreds of disturbing videos and pictures,” including videos of him raping “unconscious boys,” Franklin police said in a news release Sunday.

Camilo Hurtado Campos, 63, is being held on allegation of child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor. “Detectives are expected to file several additional charges,” Franklin police said in the release.

Franklin police said at least 10 children ages 9 to 17 were drugged, raped and filmed by Campos.
