The key to having a cosy, classy and stylish space usually comes down to lighting. Nobody wants to have bright lights on at all times, and investing in a lamp is a great way to get the ambience right.
That said, finding the right lamp at the right price can be a struggle. The lamp needs to look lovely when it’s off while casting a beautiful glow across the room when switched on. Now, shoppers on the hunt for the perfect lamp are in luck, as Debenhams’ ValueLights Christina Fabric with Gold Inner Drum Shade Gold Palm Leaf Table Lamp with Bulb is now £52.99, down from £91.99.
This table lamp could be the perfect addition to homes: it’s nice and stylish with a black base with a gold leaf design at the top. The statement piece adds elegance with a fun touch of jungle vibes. It also has a shiny gold inner, giving it a rich and classy feel.
The lamp has dimensions of 20 by 129 cm – making it an ideal size to place on tables in homes without taking up too much space. Shoppers don’t need to worry about the lamp getting dirty as it can be easily cleaned and brought back to looking new using a clean damp cloth. It is also IP20 rated and includes an LED bulb, so shoppers are ready to go as soon as they purchase.
If this lamp isn’t what everyone is looking for, they could go for a cheaper option with the Argos Home Rica Ceramic Table Lamp in Grey for £8 which has a warm grey ceramic base, topped with a matching shade. It is also described to have a simple, modern and effective look, plus an incline switch for a fuss-free on or off option. Another could be the Lucia Striped Table Lamp in Blue and White from Dusk for £30, which is also available in red and white, has a cylindrical base and a matching shade and is said to be perfect for side tables, desks or bedside lighting.
Although Debenhams doesn’t have direct reviews for the lamp, shoppers have shared their opinions on the brand on Trustpilot. One person wrote: “Fantastic service with no problems with my order.”
Another said: “I just love Debenhams. They are so good online and I miss their store. I really love them.”
“My all time favourite for shopping, clothes and home items,” another buyer said.
Not everyone felt the same, and some shared opposing views about the brand. One person said: “I buy so much from Debenhams that I love – but it is a shame that you sometimes have to struggle with inefficient staff if you need to return an item.”
Another said: “Good shopping experience with quick delivery but items returned take too long to be refunded.”
Despite this, the Gold Palm Leaf Table Lamp with Bulb could be an ideal addition to homes – especially at such a discounted price.
