American actor Steven Seagal has made a surprise appearance at the Kremlin in Moscow for president-elect Vladimir Putin inauguration ceremony.
The Hollywood star arrived at the event taking place on Tuesday, May 7.
His attendance comes after previously describing himself as “one million percent Russian” after receiving an award from Putin.
