Shocking moment man falls out of moving van on busy roundabout into path of car

Shocking footage has shown the moment a man fell from a van into the path of oncoming traffic. The incident took place in Hounslow in west London with the door of the Ford van seemingly coming open without warning.

The video, posted to X by account @UB1UB2 showed the van driving around the roundabout in front of the car which was recording the incident with its dashcam.

Then without warned the man tumbles out of its passenger seat attempting to cling on to the door in vain and landing in the middle of the road with a plastic bag also flying out of the vehicle at the same time.

Luckily the driver behind spots what is happening and is able to stop in plenty of time.

Miraculously, the man appears to walk away almost unscathed, holding his hands up to drivers behind in apology.

The video was captioned “when you press triangle while playing Grand Theft Auto” in reference to players of the popular video game being able to fling themselves out of cars while driving along.

But the footage appears to be an accident where the passenger door has not been fastened securely and has the man has leaned to the left he has pushed it open.

The Twitter post has since been liked by more than 100 people and retweeted by almost 30.

One commenter replied: “Why are people this crazy in London.”

The video was also posted to Instagram where it was liked by more than 8,000 people.

One Instagram commenter said: “Hounslow is a f****** simulation. No other part of London operates, moves or looks like Hounslow, the borough needs to be studied.”
