Royal fans spot sweet way Prince William tried to match his outfit to Princess Charlotte

Prince William sweetly accessorised to match his daughter Princess Charlotte’s outfit for the Together at Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey on Friday.

Royal fan account Royal Tea with Brittany noted that the Prince’s tie matched Charlotte’s maroon coat, as the whole Wales family appeared at the service together for the first time.

The carol concert, hosted by Princess Kate, has become a modern tradition for the royals, and is later broadcast for the public to enjoy before Christmas Day.

This time Prince Louis made his debut at the service, as the five-year-old had previously perhaps been considered too young to attend.

However it wasn’t long before he got involved in some cheeky antics, as he did at the Platinum Jubilee, making him even more beloved to royal watchers.

The youngster has been appearing at more and more royal events as he has gotten older, from the Platinum Jubilee to the King’s Coronation, with him even taking part in a family outing to a Scout Hut in Slough.

During the concert the royals were entertained by the Westminster Abbey choir singing popular carols, alongside musical performances by the likes of Jacob Collier, Freya Ridings and James Bay, and a special duet by Beverley Knight and Adam Lambert.

Readings were also given by speakers including the Prince of Wales, Micheal Ward, Emma Willis, Roman Kemp, and Jim Broadbent, while a specially commissioned poem written by Joseph Coelho, the Children’s Laureate, read by Leonie Elliott.
