Remove mattress stains ‘instantly’ with miracle spray mum uses – you’ll be amazed

Mattresses last between five and 10 years, depending on the type and quality of that mattress. As such, it’s important to keep your mattress as clean as possible.

It is recommended that households undertake a deep clean of their mattress every three months to keep it in good condition.

However, when stains appear on mattresses, they will need cleaning more regularly.

In a bid to tackle stubborn yellow sweat stains on her daughter’s mattress, one woman used a natural cleaning spray – and it ended up working “instantly”.

Posted a picture of the product she used, Ashley Jones took to the Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips Facebook page to share her experience.

The spray is designed to remove stains and odours, leaving behind a delightful scent with natural extract.

When asked in the comments how to go about using the product, Ashley replied: “I sprayed it and used a microfibre cloth to rub it in, the stain went almost instantly. It worked miracles on the yellow patches.

“I then left it to dry overnight and it’s even better this morning. Smells great too.”

One group member recommended another product to remove mattress stains, however, Ashley claimed that she had also tried out that product but the Flash spray had “worked better”.

Deborah Morrell wrote: “Elbow grease spray is also good for stains on mattresses.” Ashley replied: “I used elbow grease but this worked better. You’ll be amazed by the results with this.”

Other Mrs Hinch fans also experienced great results with the Flash Bicarbonate of Soda spray.

Karly Frankman wrote: “I’ve used this before on a mattress. Just spray it on, rub it around in circles and wipe with a damp cloth. The results are amazing.”

Rachel Chapman commented: “Amazing stuff! Smells good too. Totally recommend this as a must in the cleaning caddy.”
