Princess Kate gets grovelling apology from TV star for insensitive joke – 'we're praying'

Many people spread conspiracy theories about Princess Kate after she disappeared from the public eye following a planned abdominal surgery. Now, following her announcement about having cancer, those same people are backtracking on their original statements.

Conspiracy theories ran rampant about the Princess of Wales and her January procedure, after which she stopped appearing in public while recovering. Many questioned what was going on and where she was – and attempts by the palace to refute any negative claims only brought more questions.

Followers and celebrities all joined in on the theories, including people like Blake Lively and Kim Kardashian, with some of them since apologising and others still refusing to do so.

One of the people who made a joke that has since aged poorly was Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen.

Now, he has joined the ranks of those who are publicly issuing an apology to the royal after her announcement that she was battling cancer.
