Prince William and Prince George were spotted cheering on Aston Villa at Villa Park on Thursday evening.
The two princes were spotted as Unai Emery’s side defeated their opponents 2-1 in the crucial Europa League game.
The spotting of Prince William and Prince George comes weeks after Princess Kate announced she had been diagnosed with an unnamed form of cancer and was undergoing treatment.
In a statement last month, Kate said that her diagnosis had come as a “huge shock” weeks after having abdominal surgery and subsequent speculation about her health.
The princess, 42, added: “My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.
“For everyone facing this disease, in whatever form, please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone. William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.
“It has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok.”
Following the statement, Kate said she and her family needed “some time, space and privacy”. This latest appearance by Prince William and Prince George is one of the first since the diagnosis, indicating that the Princess is recovering well.
