Prince Harry's sweet comment about daughter Lilibet resurfaces after name row


Heartwarming comments the Duke of Sussex made about his second-born child have resurfaced following a row surrounding her name. Prince Harry previously made a very sweet comment about his young daughter, Princess Lilibet. The proud father-of-two once said described that his little girl reminded him of his late mother, Princess Diana.

Princess Lilibet – who was born in June 2021 – is Harry’s second child with wife Meghan Markle, and the younger sister of their son Prince Archie.

The clip, which has resurfaced on TikTok amid the current baby name row, shows Harry beaming as he spoke about his daughter in the couple’s explosive Netflix docuseries.

Harry said: “I see a lot of my mum in Lili. She’s very Spencer-like. She’s got the same blue eyes.”

Speaking of Lilibet’s hair, Harry added: “[and] sort of like a golden, reddish hair.”

The resurfaced captured a lot of fan attention, with one fan commenting: “My favourite thing is that her name is Lilibet, what they called Queen Elizabeth as a child.”

Another wrote: “Princess Diana would have loved Meghan and the kids.”

The clip has resurfaced amid the latest scandal to hit the Sussexes – one involving the name of their now-two-year-old daughter.

Author Robert Hardman’s new book, Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story’, claimed that the late Queen was “angry” that Meghan and Harry chose her very-personal nickname for their daughter – and claiming that they had got her permission to use it.

According to a member of staff – as included in the new book – the late Queen was “as angry as I’d ever seen her”.
