Prince Harry 'uncomfortable' with a major aspect of Meghan Markle's new business

Prince Harry is said to be “uncomfortable” with a certain aspect of Meghan Markle’s new business venture, American Riviera Orchard, according to royal expert Tom Quinn.

Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, launched her brand, American Riviera Orchard, earlier this month and it’s predicted she could earn six figures within weeks of the website and online shop going live.

Tom Quinn, a Royal author, told The Mirror that while Harry fully supports Meghan, there’s one part he’s not quite sure about.

Quinn claimed: “Harry thinks the new brand is a great idea because it’s Meghan’s idea he’s still so loved up that she can do no wrong in his eyes.

“But we have to remember that he grew up in a family that would’ve looked down on this kind of commercial enterprise, so there is a part of Harry that’s uncomfortable which is why we are unlikely to see Harry personally baking cakes or demonstrating kitchen utensils.”

The comments come as Meghan is expected to make more public appearances as she gets ready to launch her new lifestyle brand.

Royal commentator Richard Eden suggests Prince Harry will join his wife as she works to make her business successful, The Mirror reported.

Meghan Markle spent “over a year” crafting her new venture, the American Riviera Orchard, according to the outlet. Sources shared: “It’s all the things that are close to her heart. All the things she is passionate about.”

The Duchess of Sussex was accused of using Princess Diana’s legacy to advertise her new enterprise, due to its announcement coinciding with the Diana Awards ceremony.

“It’s really significant that Meghan’s new American Riviera Orchard brand was launched on the same date as the Diana Award Meghan has always seen herself as Diane’s heir,” said Quinn.

He added: “She sees herself as suffering because of the media, just as she feels Diana suffered, but on this side of the pond at least, there will be a huge amount of criticism that she is just trying to cash in on Diana’s legacy.”
