Prince Harry slammed for 'thinking he can walk back in' to Royal Family and mend rift

Prince Harry has been heavily criticised for believing he can just “walk back in” to royal life following his depature from the family and its duties in 2020.

He reportedly wants to resume his role within the Royal Family while his father, King Charles, and sister-in-law, Princess Kate, are out of action following their respective health battles.

Royal biographer Ingrid Seward slammed Harry following these reports, which claim he is keen on returning to the UK to pick up his royal duties.

Speaking to GBN America, Seward said he clearly “doesn’t understand” the damage he has inflicted upon the Royal Family and “should have been aware” of this before wanting to come back.

She said: “Harry should have been more careful really what he said, but he probably does think that he could walk back in, but he certainly couldn’t.”

Harry and wife Meghan moved to the US in 2020 after stepping down as senior working members of the Royal Family, and now live in Montecito, California with their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

But the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with the Royal Family has plunged following several claims in his tell-all memoir, Spare.

Earlier this month, he rushed to the UK to see King Charles after his father personally told him of his cancer diagnosis.
