Prince Harry 'masking his anger and bitterness' over King Charles's meeting snub

A statement read: “It, unfortunately, will not be possible due to His Majesty’s full programme. The Duke of course is understanding of his father’s diary of commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon.”

Speaking of the statement, Mr Quinn said that it appears to show Harry’s true feelings.

Mr Quinn said: “Harry’s well publicised statement that he is not going to see his father because he is ‘understanding of his father’s commitments but hopes to see him some time’ may sound perfectly reasonable, but it masks a huge amount of awkwardness, anger, and bitterness.

He continued: “King Charles is stricken with cancer yet his son says they are not going to meet during this rare visit and talks vaguely of seeing his father ‘some time’.”
