Prince Harry’s libel case against the Mail on Sunday over the publication of an article about his security arrangements will go to trial, it has been revealed.

The ruling comes from a judge at London’s High Court today and serves as an update to the Duke of Sussex’s ongoing attempt to sue Associated Newspapers Limited, which publishes the Mail on Sunday.

The article in question was published on February 2022 about his legal challenge against the Home Office following a decision to scale back his publicly funded security when visiting the UK.
