She added: “There could be a ‘Get Well’ card coming from the house of Montecito.
“It would be great if it did happen and it’s a reminder to Harry and to all of them, that we’re all vulnerable – don’t take anyone for granted.
“The subliminal reminder is that there’s fewer of them and they’re more stretched than they’ve ever been, there’s a bit of compassion for the older King.”
The expert also touched down on the fact Charles decided to disclose his diagnosis to encourage more men to get checked out.
She said: “I think to deflect from Kate, to remind everyone that if we wanted to tell you what was wrong with Kate we would but also because it’s procedural and men don’t check their prostates enough.
“Another reason Charles will have told us about his is so that, if you get wind of the fact he is in hospital, there would be lots of speculation and we start thinking ‘Oh god the King and Kate’. I expect they also released information about him to underline that this was procedural, not something to worry about.
“I think the subliminal reminder is that there’s fewer of them and they’re more stretched than they’ve ever been. I think there’s a bit of compassion for the older King and it’s a reminder that they’re kind of a team as it’s clearly coordinated and it’s also a reminder that some things are shared with us and there’s some things aren’t.”
