Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'divided' as they consider selling £11m mansion

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly “divided” over a new home as there are talks of selling their £11million family home in Montecito, California. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their two children, Archie and Lillibet, could potentially move to Malibu, New York City or even Los Angeles.

Their current nine-bedroom home is reportedly rarely used, with neighbours eager for the couple’s “traveling soap opera” to end.

Speculations are circulating that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are contemplating the acquisition of a more budget-friendly residence worth £3 million in Malibu.

This decision may play a crucial role in Meghan’s strategy to rejuvenate her Hollywood career, potentially marking a return to acting.

The Duchess of Sussex is also believed to be reviving her social media presence after teaming up with Hollywood agent and WME boss Ari Emanuel.

It appears that the couple hasn’t officially sealed the deal on a new home just yet, but there are speculations indicating they have chosen a specific location.

A source recently spilled the beans to the Daily Express by saying: “In recent weeks they have been looking for specific properties private enclaves away from prying eyes.

“The word is they are now settled on a specific spot and have the realtor sworn to secrecy.

“It’s been very much under the radar because the pair are so adamant to keep their home private. They do not want a circus around this.”

Earlier this week, there were reports suggesting that the couple was likely to purchase a new home, ruling out the possibility of it being in the UK.

Psychic Sally Morgan shared with Closer that a move could be on the horizon, speculating that a holiday home might be in consideration.

She added: “They will remain strong as a couple and likely move house next year, although I don’t see them leaving the United States, or even California, which they’ve worked hard to make feel like home.

“England is out of the question, but they will also buy a holiday home in Canada, which they’ll use in the winter months for skiing.”

“So far it’s been her doing the lion’s share of the networking, and she’s stressed – largely because so many deals have fallen apart. She wants to take a step back and feels it’s time for Harry to get his game face on.”
