Prince George's 'eye-wateringly expensive' school as William and Kate make huge decision

The Princess of Wales attended Marlborough College in the 1990s, just before she went to St Andrew’s University and met Prince William.

Kate reportedly enjoyed her time at the £46,995-per-year boarding college in Wiltshire, having been bullied previously at Downe House, according to claims.

The young royals don’t attend secondary school until they’re teenagers, however their enrolment is decided from a very young.

Now a royal source claimed Princess Kate had the final say in what school George will attend and according to them, Marlborough – a mixed school – has won.

They told Life&Style Mag: “After years of discussion and heated debate between William, Kate and King Charles III, the family have made a choice.

“While the royal family expected that George would follow in William’s footsteps, Kate got the final say – They’ll both be students at Marlborough.

“This way, George and Charlotte will have a few years where they’ll overlap at the same school. Kate has fond memories of her time there and feels it’s a better fit for her children.”

The royal source stressed that the Princess of Wales had always supported the idea that her children should have a “normal upbringing” than their father.
