Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are just days away from a very exciting day. This Saturday (July 5), the three royal children will celebrate the end of the summer term at Lambrook School, which they have attended since 2022.
This means that the summer holidays will officially begin for George, 11, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, seven. While their summer plans have not been disclosed, it is believed the children, along with their parents Prince William and Princess Kate, will spend plenty of quality time together.
This is set to include time at their Windsor home and potentially visits to their Amner Hall property in Norfolk too – a place that offers plenty of happy memories and privacy for the family.
Although unconfirmed, William and Kate are also likely to travel to Balmoral Castle in Scotland with their children, where they will spend time with King Charles, Queen Camilla, and fellow royal relatives – an annual summer tradition.
While summer may be busy for the royal children, they will have plenty of time to fit in these plans, with Lambrook School not set to welcome students back until September 3.
This is set to be a significant moment for George, as his return in September will be the start of his final year at the school.
This is because Lambrook, which is just a short drive from the family’s Windsor home, only educates children up until Year 8, when they are around 13 years old.
While Charlotte and Louis still have years left at the school, George instead will start at a new school in September 2026, with many believing this will be Eton College where his father Prince William, 43, went.
This school is also close to the family’s Windsor home, which is believed to have been one of the deciding factors considered by William and Kate.
On the Eton College website, fees currently sit at £21,099.60 per half (term), with three half-terms in one school year.
It is not yet known what schools Charlotte and Louis will attend when their time at Lambrook comes to an end.
