After welcoming his fifth child last month, Peter Andre has given a new glimpse at his baby girl as he explained why she was a “true Aussie” just like her dad.
The 51-year-old enjoyed a stroll with his little girl strapped to his chest after dropping off his two other children, Amelia and Theo, who he shares with wife Emily MacDonagh, off to school.
Sharing a clip with his 1.9 million Instagram followers, the proud dad explained: “I’ve just dropped off Millie and Theo to school and I’ve just realised that my daughter here is a true Aussie because she’s been sleeping on the Australian time zone.
“At night here, when it’s morning in Australia, she’s wide awake and in the morning here, when it’s night time in Australia, she’s asleep. She is 100 per cent an Aussie.”
He captioned the post: “She is a true Aussie. She has to be,” alongside a little heart and a smiley face. Peter and Emily, 34, announced the arrival of their little girl on April 3, as they took to the social media platform to tell their fans about their new arrival.
Alongside pictures of both parents holding the tot while staring at her adoringly, Peter wrote: “Just minutes old…… We feel so overwhelmed right now.
“So happy to welcome our beautiful girl to the family. Mum and daughter are doing amazing. Born Tuesday 2nd April 2024, 7lb 3oz and thankfully very healthy.
“Baby has been spoilt with cuddles from Junior, Princess, Amelia and Theo who are all in love with their new little sister. As parents, we couldn’t be happier. The only thing is…. She has no name yet. Help!
“Thanks to all the doctors, midwives and staff at Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton. You were incredible. And Emily’s parents, whom I adore.
“You have both been incredible. I’m so happy. Just off to hold her. Thanks everyone for reading,” he concluded.
Three weeks after her birth, the couple finally decided on a name after months of going back and forth, and named their baby Arabella Rose Andréa.
He excitedly told his followers on Instagram: “”I think you’ve chosen a beautiful name @dr_emily_official. Arabella Rose Andréa. I LOVE it. and I love her.. and you of course:).”
As well as Amelia, 10, and Theo, 8, Peter is also dad to son Junior, 18, and daughter Princess, 16, from his previous marriage to Katie Price.
