'People won't invest!' Meghan Markle's 'ridiculous' brand torn apart as huge warning sent

Meghan Markle’s new lifestyle brand launch has been marred by ill-intentioned and poorly strategised moves, according to royal author Angela Levin.

Speaking on GBN America with Nana Akua, Levin expressed skepticism about Meghan’s latest venture, suggesting that potential investors may be hesitant due to “knowing what she’s like”.

“Putting up just one page for her new website was ridiculous because nothing has followed it,” Levin said. “People don’t want to invest because they know what she’s like and find her very difficult. People aren’t necessarily interested in purchasing items like jam, tablecloths, and birdseed.”

Levin also criticized the timing of Meghan’s brand announcement, which coincided with Harry’s appearance at the Diana Award via video link. This move, Levin argued, overshadowed Harry’s moment and demonstrated Meghan’s desire to dominate the spotlight.

“I thought that was very cruel. I wondered whether it had all been timed so it would come one after the other,” she said.

“Harry gets very, very little. She takes over. Unfortunately for him, she did it because she couldn’t bear him to be in the spotlight.”

Instead of embracing a role within the royal family, Meghan and Prince Harry have found themselves reliant on income from various projects after their departure from royal life.

Levin also criticized the Duchess of Sussex’s decision to step back from royal duties, suggesting that she “could have had it all”.

Last month, Meghan unveiled her brand, American Riviera Orchard, with a video showcasing her cooking, posing in elegant attire, and arranging flowers.

While royal fans have shown interest by following the brand on Instagram, they are still awaiting further developments.

Despite speculation about Meghan’s potential visit to the UK for the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games next month, PR expert Ronn Torrossian is not so sure.

He expressed doubt about Meghan’s attendance, suggesting that too much has transpired and that her presence remains uncertain until confirmed.

Speaking to Daily Express earlier this month, he said: “I don’t think Meghan and Harry would be welcomed back quite warmly.”
