He left the couple’s $8.7 million Pacific Heights wearing an all-black San Francisco Giants cap, a blue shirt with eyeglasses hanging from the collar and dark-blue pants while carrying a bottle of Gatorlyte sports drink.

A short time late, Nancy emerged from the home surrounded by her security detail.

Paul has yet not been charged with any crime related to the alleged hit-and-run, which disabled his brown Maserati convertible and left heavy damage to the rear end of a Tesla. The Napa County Sheriff’s Office has recommended local prosecutors charge him with misdemeanor hit-and-run after the crash in Yountville on Friday.

Photos taken at the scene showed a black Tesla with heavy damage to its left rear side, with debris scattered along the street.

A spokesperson for the Pelosi said on Saturday that Paul apologized to the Tesla’s owner.

“Mr. Paul Pelosi has personally apologized to the owner of the vehicle and assured them that he would take responsibility for the damage to their vehicle,” the spokesperson said.

According to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 6700 block of Yount Street at about 2:30 p.m. after a witness reported seeing a northbound vehicle slam into the rear of a parked car on the shoulder.

Authorities said the impact caused major damage and forced the parked vehicle’s right tire onto the curb.

The witness told 911 dispatchers the driver briefly stopped before pulling away from the scene.

Investigators later located Pelosi on Yountville Cross Road, where his brown convertible had become disabled and was partially blocking the roadway. Officials said the vehicle sustained significant damage to its front right side.

After being contacted by deputies, Paul acknowledged that he had struck something but said he did not know what it was. He continued driving until his damaged vehicle stopped working, according to authorities.

Sheriff’s officials determined alcohol did not play a role in the collision. Paul submitted to a preliminary alcohol screening test that registered a blood alcohol content of 0.00, ruling out driving under the influence, police said.

He was not taken into custody at the scene.

The Napa County District Attorney’s Office told The California Post on Tuesday that no “charging decision has been made yet.”

The office noted they have received “partial documents” to review but are “waiting for a key report” from the Napa County Sheriff’s Office before it makes a filing decision. A spokesperson noted a timeframe for a decision could be available later this week.
