Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters are demonstrating on London’s Oxford Street, bringing Christmas shopping to a standstill. The mob is urging shoppers to boycott what they called “pro-Israel” brands.
The demonstration – organised by direct action group Sisters Uncut – gathered in Soho Square at midday on Saturday, December 23.
They then approached fashion shop Zara and began chanting “free Palestine”.
Security guards are understood to be stood outside the shop. Marchers then walked on Oxford Street, bringing traffic to a standstill.
