Police cuffed a 27-year-old man on Saturday for stabbing a man who lived in the same building as him in Brooklyn after the two got into a heated argument, according to a criminal complaint and neighbors.

Jayvon Boyd stabbed Frank Brown in the chest inside 429 Bainbridge St. around 7:40 p.m. on Friday after the two got into an argument, according to a criminal complaint.

The two’s argument soon became physical, with Brown striking Boyd to the ground with a broomstick. When Boyd lifted himself off the floor, he stabbed Brown, according to the complaint.

Brown was stabbed twice – once in the right of his chest and once in the left of his chest, the complaint said.

Grisly video of the aftermath of the stabbing shows Brown walking out of the building, blood covering his blue shirt, as an unidentified woman and Boyd – with a white object in his hand – follow behind, the complaint said.

Police officers found the knifed Brown at the intersection of Bainbridge St. and Howard Ave. just minutes later, cops said.

EMS hurried the wounded man to One Brooklyn Health-Interfaith Medical Center, where he later was pronounced dead, according to authorities.

Cops cuffed Boyd just a day later.

Boyd and the victim both lived in the same building on Bainbridge Street, neighbors told the Daily News.

The maniac knifer initially denied being responsible to investigators, but soon recanted, according to the complaint.

He later identified himself as the man in the video and stated that the knife he used to stab Brown was hidden in his living room, the complaint said.

Boyd was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court Sunday, where he was remanded, according to court records.
