Moment Princess Kate was left in hysterics by rugby player's naughty warning

The Princess of Wales was previously left in hysterics over a rugby player’s cheeky comment during a royal engagement in Twickenham.

Princess Kate, who is known for her love of rugby, paid a visit to Twickenham in February 2022.

The visit marked the 42-year-old’s first visit there since becoming patron of the Football Rugby League and the Rugby Football Union.

Kate previously stated that she was “thrilled” to become the new patron and that she was “looking forward to working with them”.

On the visit she got stuck into a training session and said she was “absolutely” ready to join in upon her arrival at the stadium.

During the training session, one of the players appeared slighly embarrassed as they told Kate that they would need to lift her up by her bum.

The player said that they just “wanted to make her aware” before going ahead with the demonstration.

Princess Kate could be seen laughing out loud as she was made aware, to which the player also laughed.

She then jokingly said, “ohhh” as she pretended to be lifted off of her feet without warning.

The rugby player then said, “oh, I’m so sorry”, before Kate burst into a fit of giggles again.

Another clip from Kate’s engagement at Twickenham also showed her letting out a “woop” as she reached up.

Princess Kate is known for her wide interest in various sports – and has often been seen getting stuck into many during royal engagements.

Speaking of a “very athletic” Kate, Majesty Magazine editor Ingrid Seward said: “By the time she left school, she could do particularly any sport there was.

“She’s very athletic – much more than William.”

It has been widely reported that Princess Kate’s favourite sport at school was field rugby.

Princess Kate also has a love for sailing, hockey and tennis.
