Meghan Markle’s ambition in life was evident from a young age as she appeared to have predicted her own future when she was just 11 years old.

The Duchess of Sussex is now known worldwide following her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018 and her acting career in Hollywood before that.

But she always had her sights on being a star, as she revealed herself during her and Harry’s docuseries on Netflix, Harry & Meghan.

During episode two of the six-part series, the duchess visited her former school – the Hollywood Schoolhouse – where they met with Ms Debbie, her former teacher.

It was that moment when it was revealed that the duchess always had her own aspirations to become “rich and famous”.

Meghan told the camera of her school days: “When we went back to Hollywood Schoolhouse, I was there from ages two to 12. It was so nice to be back.”

As footage from their school trip continued, Ms Debbie pulled out an old book that Meghan had signed before she left for middle school.

The principal said: “I want you to see what you wrote to me. Your penmanship was fantastic.”

Meghan exclaimed: “Oh my gosh, show me,” before Ms Debbie added: “Go ahead and read that but I want you to pay attention to the PS.”

The duchess then read: “Dear, Miss Debbie, you have helped me so much.

“Since I was two years old, I knew I could count on you to be there for me as a principal and also a friend.

“I can’t thank you enough. Even though I was in this school for 10 years, I wish I could’ve stayed for 10 more.

“This school will always have a special place in my heart. Much love, Meghan.

“PS, when I am rich and famous and I write my life story, I will talk about you and the school so you be known worldwide.”

It comes as the duchess is set to release her latest project on Netflix next week, a lifestyle series titled With Love, Meghan – which is set to hit the screens on January 15.
