Meghan Markle tipped to use 'very vivid imagination' to pen personal royal memoir

Meghan Markle may have to rely on her “very vivid imagination” and write her autobiography to salvage her and Prince Harry’s finances, a Royal Family author has claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s path towards financial independence hasn’t run smooth since they confirmed plans to step down from their institutional role.

After the initial successes, including two lucrative deals with Netflix and Spotify, the couple have left royal experts wondering what exactly their plans are – with some suggesting Meghan could consider a return to acting.

But author Tom Bower claimed it unlikely after her former Suits co-stars had an unexpected reunion at the Golden Globes without her. She is also reportedly not in their group chat as they don’t have her current number.

Bower suggested the Duchess of Sussex might still have to rely on her royal connection and seek renewed success by writing her memoir.

Speaking to TalkTV, Bower said: “The only thing she has got left – and I think that is her potential gold mine – is her autobiography.

“She has a very very vivid imagination and she’ll be able to spell out an amazing story… to increase her income.”

The royal author also admitted he doesn’t see either Meghan or Harry securing any new deals with big business names as he questioned the power of their endorsements.

He added: “In terms of honest employment I think both of them have a huge problem.

“Their endorsements are really not worth anything anymore and that’s why people are rightly saying they’re facing a financial problem.”
