Matthew Stafford has unloaded three of his Los Angeles-area properties just before the start of the Rams’ 2026 season.

The quarterback sold two on June 3, according to Realtor.com, and parted ways with the third on June 4.

The haul that the NFL’s MVP got in return totaled around $21 million.

The first two residences to sell were ones Stafford actually purchased from Drake in 2022. Realtor.com reported Stafford bought the Hidden Hills pads for $11 million and made a profit of $600,000 when they both sold last week.

Stafford had reportedly been trying to sell them since 2024, when he asked for over $12 million for the pair.

The third home that Stafford got rid of was a massive 7,500-square-foot Hidden Hills mansion that the three-time Pro Bowler acquired in 2022. It featured its own vineyard and a spa and pool.

It also had eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and sat on 1.5 acres of land.

Stafford originally obtained it for $10.5 million, but ultimately let it go for $9.7 million, Realtor.com reported on Thursday.

Stafford and his family moved to Los Angeles in 2021 shortly after he was traded to the Rams in a swap with the Lions that included Jared Goff.

He’s played five total seasons in LA, winning one MVP award and one Super Bowl. He just recently signed a one-year, $55 million contract extension to remain with the team.

In 17 NFL seasons, his contracts have reportedly topped over $400 million.
