A spokesperson for Manchester Airport confirmed to the Daily Express that there is an “issue with power supply, which is affecting immigration in terminal 3”.
They added that this “is causing everything to slow down”, however, there are currently “no flight cancellations”.
“We are looking into the knock on effects, and are working to get all of the facts,” they said.
Manchester Airport said they will be updating their social media pages when they have more information.
