A man has admitted stabbing a pensioner to death while he was riding his mobility scooter in West London in August 2022. Thomas O’Halloran, 87, was killed when he was attacked in Greenford.
On Monday, the 45-year-old, of no fixed address denied murder but pleaded guilty to the lesser offence of manslaughter by diminished responsibility and having an offensive weapon.
